Trusting God's plans

It is so easy for us to say we trust God then make our own plans....plan our point-by-point outline or blueprint and ask God to bless it.

Although the reality is if we truly trust God, we do not get to make our outline. We don't get to make the plan...God does.

The only points we get to write down are the points, God gives to us.
We desire for God to be a Divine GPS...
we wish that He would give us the step-by-step directions and points to where we are going.

God does not work like that. God wants to lead us to Himself. Surrendering means giving up our plans and trusting God day-by-day, moment-by-moment.
