Cookies for Kairos

Baking cookies for Kairos is really simple. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me. There is basically two kinds of cookies: Chocolate chip  and "specials." We need a lot of chocolate chip cookies about 2200 dozen! But we accept really any kind of cookie: peanut butter, oatmeal raisin, pecan shortbread, snicker doodle, cranberry tea cookies...so you can be as creative as you like.  The only two things I am concerned about are 1. Pray for these cookies and the participants as you bake them. The second, just so the cookies survive all the travel and are not handled by three or four people is bagging: I need one dozen per gallon bag and nothing else in the gallon bag, that is it ! :)
